Can I use The Village Workspace address to register my Colorado LLC?
Yes. Once you have one of our memberships, you will officially have a business mailing address that will start with 7173 S. Havana St., [You will be assigned your own unique suite number], Centennial, CO 80112 — not a PO Box — and can be used as your principal office address when registering a business with the Colorado Secretary of State. Many of our virtual office members use us exactly for this purpose. The unique suite number is important as Google and the State want to see that it is a specific suite.
What's the difference between a virtual address and a virtual office?
Both give you a professional mailing address. The difference is access. What's the difference between a virtual mailbox and a PO Box?
A PO Box is a numbered box at a post office. It cannot be used as a business address on most official documents, Google Business Profile, or state business registrations. Our virtual mailbox gives you an actual street address — Your actual assigned suite number, in a real commercial building — which is accepted everywhere a PO Box is not. It looks more professional and it actually works for legal and registration purposes.
Can I receive packages and not just letters?
Yes. We accept mail and packages from all major carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon. Package volume counts toward your monthly mail allowance, and we'll notify you when something arrives. If you exceed your plan's monthly limit, overflow is easy to manage — just ask us.
Do I need to live in Colorado to use a virtual office at The Village?

What happens to my mail? Do I get notified?
When mail arrives, we log it and you'll receive a notification showing you a picture of what arrived. You can pick it up in person during our staff hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm), or arrange for forwarding if you're not local. When you get your notification, you can let us know what you want done with each piece of mail. We handle your mail like it's our own — because we're a real business community, not a warehouse.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Our virtual office plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade to a higher tier anytime — useful if your business is growing and mail volume is picking up. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. No long-term contracts required. Our Google-verification options do require a 6-month agreement to ensure your Google Business Profile stays active.
